Third-party names, works, and marks remain the property of their respective owners and retain any credits shown with them.

Privacy & aggregate site telemetry

Zistan records limited first-party aggregate events for public pages, such as page views, active visible time, coarse device and browser categories, referrer domains, approximate country, media starts and completions, downloads, shares, errors, and coarse load performance.

This aggregate layer does not store full IP addresses, query strings, private Vault routes, contact-message text, keystrokes, session replay, fingerprints, or a persistent visitor identifier. It cannot identify a person, join devices, or report individual return visits. Raw aggregate buckets are retained for up to 400 days.

If Zistan later offers optional returning-browser analytics, that feature will require a separate disclosure and choice before a first-party identifier is created.
